In addition to her full-time speaking, writing, and career consulting work, Aimee is a mother to a son attending the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and high-school-age daughter. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and originates from Evanston, Illinois. She has been married for almost 22 years and lives in Englewood, Colorado.
